<p style="text-align: left;"><b><span style="font-family: verdana;">RICE is out, PEACE and LOVE are in!</span></b></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">Этот слоган подразумевает отказ от устаревшего подхода с аббревиатурой RICE и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">применение правил PEACE and LOVE. Далее рассмотрим оба подхода более подробно.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">Английская аббревиатура RICE обозначает четыре правила, применяющихся к лечению</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">травм мягких тканей: Отдых, Лед, Компрессия и Возвышение.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">Этот метод оказания первой помощи при таких травмах, как, например, подвернутая </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">лодыжка, был принят и использовался с 1976 года. Но недавно установили, что и лед, и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">полный покой могут задерживать выздоровление, а не ускорять его. Сейчас мы </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">понимаем, что несмотря на его огромную популярность, данный метод не может </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">учитывать всю сложность процесса регенерации травмированных тканей. P- Защита</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Постарайтесь больше отдыхать и ограничивать движения в первые 1-3 дня после </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">получения травмы. Это защитит Вас, сведя к минимуму кровоизлеяние и снизив риск возникновения обострения. Однако не переусердствуйте: продолжительный покой может негативно повлиять на прочность и качество тканей. Постарайтесь больше прислушиваться к своему телу и завершите период покоя, или защиты, когда почувствуете, что боль уменьшилась</span><div><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>2. E-Возвышение</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">На самом деле, существует не так много доказательств того, что травмированную </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">конечность действительно необходимо фиксировать на возвышении, но учитывая </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">незначительное соотношение риска и пользы, я советую воспользоваться этим </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">принципом. Имеет смысл поднимать на некоторое время поврежденную конечность выше </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">уровня сердца, чтобы стимулировать отток тканевой жидкости. Например, если Вы </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">находитесь на кровати, то опухшую лодыжку стоит положить повыше, на подушки.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>3. A - Избегание противовоспалительных средств</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Нужно всегда помнить, что воспалительный процесс является важной частью</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">восстановления. Использование противовоспалительных препаратов может оказать </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">негативное влияние на восстановление тканей в долгосрочной перспективе, особенно при </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">использовании больших доз.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Также разумнее будет отказаться от использования льда при травмах мягких тканей. </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">Раньше предлагалось использовать ледяной компресс в качестве обезболивающего, но </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">нужно понимать, что, потенциально, лёд может нарушать процессы, протекающее в </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">воспаленном участке и негативно влиять на ангиогенез и реваскуляризацию (образование </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">новых кровеносных сосудов), а также задержать процесс </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">нейтрофильной и макрофагальной инфильтрации (имунная функция) </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">и увеличить незрелые миофибриллы (мышечная функция).</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Одним словом, ледяной компресс может привести к нарушению процесса восстановления </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">мягких тканей и избыточному синтезу коллагена, что, в свою очередь, может </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">способствовать образованию келоидного рубца, или спайки.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>4. C - Сжатие</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Сейчас мы понимаем, что использование тейпа или бинта для компрессии, или сжатия </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">поврежденных мягких тканей может оказать положительное влияние на процесс </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">восстановления и способствовать уменьшению отека. Несмотря на имеющиеся </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">противоречивые исследования, компрессия после</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">растяжения связок голеностопного сустава все же чаще всего уменьшает отек и улучшает </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">качество мобильности сустава.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>5. E - Обучение</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Нужно признать, что многие люди до сих пор не осознают преимуществ активного </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">подхода к выздоровлению.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Такие пассивные методы, как электротерапия, мануальная терапия или иглоукалывание, </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">которые применяемяют на ранних сроках после получения травмы, на самом деле имеют </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">незначительный эффект на снижение боли и функцию сустава, особенно по сравнению с </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">активным подходом, и даже могут быть признаны контрпродуктивными в долгосрочной </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">перспективе! Так же нужно учитывать то, что «необходимость исправления» может </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">привести к зависимому от терапии поведению. Поэтому необходимо обучить пациента</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">управлению нагрузкой при травме, что так же поможет избежать чрезмерного и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">неоправданного лечения. L - Нагрузка</b></div></span><p style="text-align: left;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">Необходим активный подход к выздоровлению: движение и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">упражнения приносят пользу подавляющему большинству пациентов с нарушением </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">функций опорно-двигательного аппарата. Уже на ранней стадии восстановления </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">необходимо добавить механический стресс и затем вернуться к своей обычной </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">деятельности - конечно, как только позволят имеющиеся болевые симптомы. Правильная </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">нагрузка, не обостряющая боль, способствует скорому восстановлению и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">ремоделированию, а также формирует толерантность тканей и прочность сухожилий, </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">мышц и связок посредством механотрансдукции (преобразования механических стимулов </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">во внутриклеточный биохимический ответ).</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>2. О- Оптимизм<br /></b></span><span style="font-family: verdana;">Уже доказано, что оптимистично настроенные пациенты выздоравливают быстрее. И </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">наоборот: такие психологические факторы, как катастрофизация ситуации, депрессия и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">страх могут стать препятствием для нормального выздоровления. Известно, например, </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">что при растяжении голеностопного сустава, испытываемые эмоции и убежденность в </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">определенном результате обусловливают значительные различия в симптоматике и </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">влияют на выздоровление пациентов сильнее, чем </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">степень самой патологии</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>3. V- Васкуляризация или Формирование новых кровеносных сосудов<br /></b></span><span style="font-family: verdana;">Адекватное поддержание сердечно-сосудистой деятельности является </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">основополагающим элементом в реабилитации травм мягких тканей. Рекомендуется </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">начинать легкие аэробные упражнения уже через несколько дней после получения </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">травмы, если они не причиняют сильных болезненных ощущений. Как мы сейчас </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">понимаем, раннее возвращение к подвижности и аэробные упражнения способствуют </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">увеличению притока крови к поврежденным структурам, улучшают физическую функцию, </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">уменьшают потребность в обезболивающих средствах и ускоряют возвращение к работе </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">и обычному образу жизни.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b>Е- Упражнения<br /></b></span><span style="font-family: verdana;">Сейчас существует множество доказательств в поддержку использования физических </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">упражнений для лечения растяжения связок голеностопного сустава и последующему </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">снижению частоты рецидивов этой </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">травмы. Физические упражнения помогают восстановить подвижность, силу и кинестезию </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">(ощущение положения частей собственного тела) сразу после травмы. Конечно, </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">необходимо избегать сильных болезненных ощущений во время подострой фазы </span><span style="font-family: verdana;">восстановления, чтобы обеспечить оптимальный “ремонт” поврежденного места. Not many people talk about these two areas of recovery but nearly everyone experiences them as a normal part of healing. Pelvic organ dysfunction, incontinence, scar pain, poor sensation and a sense of restriction after the C-Section procedure are often due to the build-up of post-surgical adhesions. I never cease to be amazed by the lack of emphasis on soft tissue work after such as large and deep trauma to the muscles, fascia, blood vessels, nerves and tendinous structures at such a pivotal position in the body. As the healing process commences collagen fibres are laid down at the site of injury to create powerful healing bonds that aid recovery. This leads to the formation of ADHESIONS. These adhesions which initially have a hugely positive role to play in wound healing can then create the foundation for dysfunction as their structures can bind to nearby organs and tissues within the pelvic cavity and around the site of the wound. For a lot of women post C-Section, this can result in a pulling or trapped sensation when they eventually return to full-range movements as part of their daily lives and exercise programmes. Adhesions can also be a source of digestive/bowel problems and be part of the story of post-birth urinary incontinence and at their extreme, infertility. Take a look at the video below. Once the C-Section scar is fully healed on a superficial level, massage and other soft-tissue strategies such as deeper visceral work are an often overlooked form of self-care that a woman can administer to herself to minimise at least the more superficial scar tissue that may have built up due to surgery. The aim is to start gently as soon as the wound is fully healed before the adhesions increase in density and need deeper work in order to get positive results. Starting sooner rather than later is always best but I'm a firm believer that one should 'NEVER GIVE UP ON SOFT TISSUE' and that our bodies are always open to a little TLC regardless of how long it's offered after trauma. Massage also has the benefit of being soothing, and encourages blood flow (bringing oxygen and nutrients) to and lymph drainage away from the site of healing so a powerful 'assist' in the recovery process!</div>

Acupressure balances the body's energy by applying pressure to specific points along energy channels (Meridians). In Chinese medicine, energy and blood are closely related. The energy channels are pathways for both chi and blood. When a finger touches an Acupressure point, the energy flowing in the channel is attracted to the surface. An Acupressure practitioner will hold a point until she feels a pulsation under her finger. Your soft tissue will 100% respond to the load applied to it and that includes the negative load of sitting for such extended periods so that the abdominal wall and that your healing scar and the rest of your abdomen simply isn't elongated to its optimal position. This is a bit of an occupational hazard for a mom who is breastfeeding and will need to spend nearly half her day in the sitting position but...I think if we're mindful that the abdominal wall, hips and the pelvis at the very least all need to be gently lengthened and mobilized throughout the day, we'll avoid those tissues getting stuck and the scar possibly becoming painful when the woman starts to return to more dynamic movement/exercise. Couple of years back my Phillips juicer had cracked and sharp pieces of plastic flew all over my kitchen, I almost got stubbed by one in my throat. But thank God just a little bruise as a casualty.<br />

After that I got myself a Juica cold press juicer. My budget is small and it was on offer. It is compact, takes a little space in my tiny kitchen. It is easy to clean. But I can only compare to my previous Phillips juicer.<br />

The pulp comes out quite dry, sometimes I even put the pulp through second round, but... if you do do that, prepare to drink very fiberous drink. It does not strain clear as a regular juicer does.<br />

Считайте, что возвращение к спортивным занятиям – это как строительство дома. Давайте вспомним сказку о трех поросятах. Один поросенок построил свой домик из соломы, второй – из веток, а третий – из кирпича: каждый был уверен, что ни одному волку не под силу разрушить его дом. К несчастью для первых двух поросят оказалось, что домики из соломы и веток очень легко сдуть. Но сколько бы волк не старался, он так и не смог разрушить домик из кирпича, потому что тот был построен на прочном фундаменте. В нашем случае волк = наша повседневная жизнь, со всеми присущими ей нагрузками: нам приходится носить детей, таскать коляски и сумки с покупками, делать работу по дому и т.д. И если сперва не построить прочный фундамент, у вас постоянно будут возникать трудности с постройкой вашего домика! Так что посвятите первые несколько недель, а лучше месяцев, подготовке своего «фундамента», своего мышечного корсета. Как раз этим я и занимаюсь, и как тренер по послеродовому фитнесу я помогаю направить новых мам и мам со стажем на их путь к здоровью и отличной физической форме.</div>

После подготовительного периода, когда все ваши суставы, мышцы и внутренние органы будут в полном порядке, вы сможете перейти к более интенсивным тренировкам и фитнес-программам. Однако не забывайте, что при возникновении любых признаков или симптомов нарушения функций тазового дна, а также при появлении болей в спине или в тазобедренных суставах, необходимо снизить нагрузку, чтобы предупредить как опущения женских тазовых органов, так и развитие диастаза прямых мышц живота. Всем женщинам очень важно включать в свои тренировки упражнения для укрепления мышц тазового дна (если у них нет гипертонуса, если есть-тогда это отдельная тема) и глубоких мышц живота, чтобы ваш фундамент был сверхпрочным!</div>

<b>Так когда же можно вернуться к спортивным занятиям?</b></div>
<div dir="ltr">
Как правило, рекомендуется продолжать физические упражнения с малой ударной нагрузкой до тех пор, пока вы полностью не восстановитесь после родов, при этом длительность восстановительного периода индивидуальна для каждой женщины. Заживление тканей обычно занимает до 6 недель, а полное восстановление в среднем может длиться около года. Следует помнить, что по травматизму роды сравнивают с экстремальными видами спорта, ведь во время родов можно получить схожие травмы – например, стрессовые переломы (лобковой кости) и разрывы мышц (отрыв внутреннего слоя мышц тазового дна от лобковой кости), которые сродни разрыву подколенного сухожилия. Во время родов мышцы тазового дна растягиваются почти в три раза, а с ними растягивается фасциальная или эластичная соединительная ткань. Добавьте к этому релаксин – в послеродовой период ваше тело еще долго будет вырабатывать высокий уровень этого гормона, иногда до пяти месяцев. Релаксин готовит тело к процессу родов, расслабляя мышцы и сухожилия. А это значит, что расслабленные мышцы и связки легко растянуть, что приведет к повреждению суставов. Если вы дадите нагрузку на эти и так растянутые ткани слишком рано, вы их еще больше травмируете. Как только ваше самочувствие после родов нормализуется, вы можете приступать к легким упражнениям, таким как ходьба. Плаванье – просто идеальный вариант, но к нему можно приступать только после того, как прекратятся кровотечения, а другие укрепляющие занятия, такие как велотренажер, снизят давление на органы и ткани тазового дна. Нужно учитывать, что в первые месяцы после рождения ребенка вы часто будете уставать, и это также увеличит риск различных травм. Если вы кормите грудью, ваш уровень эстрогена остается пониженным, поэтому ваши ткани будут менее эластичными, пока он не вернется в норму. Просто помните о своих индивидуальных факторах риска, для вас крайне важно подстраиваться под свое тело и знать пределы своих возможностей. Вы кашляете, смеетесь, дышите, сидите в туалете, ходите – все это влияет на давление в вашей брюшной полости. Итак, при повышении внутрибрюшного давления ваши органы брюшной полости (в особенности кишечный тракт) выдавливаются вперед, в слабую брюшную стенку, и вниз, по направлению к пока не восстановившимся органам и тканям тазового дна, что у некоторых людей проявляется в виде вздутого живота и непроизвольного мочеиспускания... Если у вас ослабленные мышцы (дисфункция мышц тазового дна или брюшной стенки, как в случае с диастазом-слабая белая линия), вам нужно научиться следить за внутрибрюшным давлением, в противном случае это приведет к проблемам с недержанием мочи, опущению органов тазового дна или ухудшению диастаза прямых мышц живота. Однако в послеродовой период многие женщины, сталкивающиеся с последствиями родов, не сознают, что для полного послеродового восстановления внутренних органов и мышц нужно заняться устранением ВСЕХ факторов, способствующих развитию дисфункции, и прорабатывать ВСЕ мышцы, потому что, в конце концов, ДАВЛЕНИЕ ЕСТЬ ДАВЛЕНИЕ.</div>

<b>Упражнения с высокой ударной нагрузкой в послеродовой период</b></div>

Упражнения с высокой ударной нагрузкой – это упражнения, которые повышают внутрибрюшное давление в результате нагрузки на ноги, когда вы отталкиваетесь от твердой поверхности или приземляетесь на нее. Нагрузка увеличивается, когда обе ноги отрываются от земли одновременно. Примерами могут служить бег, прыжки, упражнения со скакалкой. Внутрибрюшное давление удерживается внутри брюшной полости благодаря согласованному действию так называемых мышц кора – мышц тазового дна, внутренних мышц брюшного пресса, диафрагмы и многораздельной мышцы. Вы должны спросить себя: «Действительно ли мне нужны упражнения с высокой ударной нагрузкой?» Подумайте, чего вы стараетесь достичь, и можно ли это сделать с помощью менее интенсивных упражнений?</div>

Как только ваш лечащий/семейный врач разрешит вам вернуться к спортивным занятиям, рекомендуем пройти обследование у опытного инструктора по фитнесу, специализирующегося в области послеродового восстановления. Это будет лучшим способом определить вашу степень готовности к следующему этапу занятий. Тренер выяснит, можете ли вы задействовать свои внутренние брюшные и ягодичные мышцы, которые вместе с тазовым дном помогают поддерживать поясницу и тазовые органы; проверит согласованность работы всех мышц кора, включая диафрагму; определит, есть ли у вас признаки опущения или диастаза, а также оценит вашу общую физическую подготовку и гибкость, и подберёт подходящие для вас упражнения. Хороший инструктор по фитнесу обязательно направит вас к физиотерапевту, если увидит, что вам нужно более полное обследование или лечение.<br />
Признаки вашей готовности к полноценным тренировкам включают в себя следующее: способность выполнять упражнения с низкой ударной нагрузкой без непроизвольного протекания мочи и ощущения тяжести во влагалище; способность легко дышать в течение всего занятия; способность активировать мышцы тазового дна и кора во время нагрузок, например, при поднятии тяжестей.<br />

Recently quite a few people asked me for a recipe, so I have decided to write a post about it.<br /> It's all started when my daughter was about 2.5 yo. Since she was just a few months old she was coughing, constantly. Chest infections every two to three weeks. Once, when she was only 4 months she spent a whole 8 days on oxygen at a local hospital and was discharged with bronchiolitis. <br />Two days after discharge the cough was back. She was prescribed antibiotics, she's good for a week and then the cough was back. This pattern was repeating itself until she was two, after we've changed another GP we were finally referred to a Paediatrics. At that time, age two, she was wearing clothes for a 9 months old baby. <br /> After a few months with paediatrition, prescribed inhalers which were getting stronger and stronger, all the tests not giving any answers, receiving new inhaler-the strongest one, I called home. Back in my country, home remedies are a big thing still. Got recipes, picked one, made few adjustments and started to use next day after our usual every two-week hospital appointment. <br /> In these two weeks my daughter gained 500 gr in weight(for a previous whole year her weight gain was just 200gr). Her lungs were absolutely clear first time since she was born.<br /> The doc was shocked! "Did the inhaler worked?" She asked in disbelief. And I told her: "I haven't even opened it". All I did was the home made recipe with onions and honey. <br /> Since then, her health improved dramatically. She hasn't had a chest infection in 3.5 years. Once she starts sniffling and coughing, the concoction is ready to be used. The whole family is using it. I use 2 to 3 bulbs, depending on their size.<br />Once sliced there are two things to choose to do with them.<br /> <u><b> 1)</b></u> If I use to treat already bad cold/cough, and use one of the expensive honeys, then I put sliced onions in a bowl and sprinkle some unrefined sugar all over it. Leave it for at least two hours, preferably overnight. In the morning squeeze the juice out, just use your hands or put in a sieve and press with a spoon or something. The juice you get mix with honey. My proportion is roughly 1:1. If I have two spoons of juice, then I'll add two spoons of honey. For a child starting at the age of two, I was giving 5ml on empty stomach first thing in the morning. Then another 5 ml every hour for the first 2-3 days. After that, 3-4 times a day. Maximum one week. I'll do a new batch every day or two. Depending on how juicy onions are. <br /> <b><u> 2)</u></b> When I use for prophylactic, during autumn, winter and spring, to keep the bugs away I do it differently. I put sliced onions in a jar and pour any raw honey over the onions, in layers. I do not use sugar! If honey is to thick, I warm it up in a warm oven, or put a jar of honey in a bowl of hot water, and wait until it gets all runny. Then it's easy to pour. Leave it to stand. Once you have a juice, give straight from the jar. 5-10 ml 2-3 times a day. Just got home very hungry, but didn't want to cook much. Looked around my kitchen, scratched my head and threw a salad together. It does require some cooking, but nothing too complicated or time consuming. <br>
Ingredients:<br>
Grapefruit<br>
Chicken breast<br>
Quinoa<br>
Baby tomatoes<br>
Fresh Coriander leaves<br>
Clove of garlic<br>
Seasoning of your choice</p>
<p dir="ltr">Put quinoa to cook and chicken breast on grill(or fry steam) . While it's cooking, chop the grapefruit, coriander leaves( I use amount the size of my palm), garlic, tomatoes. Put in a salad dish. Drain cooked quinoa and rinse with cold water, add to the dish. Chopp the chicken and add to your salad. I season with salt and cayenne pepper, sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil and it's ready to eat. I find it's very yummy and filling. Enough for two main meals.<br>

It is moist but soft and airy. Not a dense bric like most of its kind. <br>From my search on internet, all recipes I've found call for half amount (or less) of buckwheat flour and some sort of other gluten free variety. Or if it's all buckwheat, it is quite bitter, more savory or needs sugar added in quite a quantity. <br>This cake I fed to my fussy eaters as a main meal. Add bitten eggs, vanilla, apple butter, milk, treacle, stevia and beat all together for a couple of minutes. Then slowly add flour, flaxseed, salt, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon if using. <br>Once all beaten together, fold in blueberries. <br>Cake or loaf tin, grease with butter or put in baking paper to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture in and put in an oven for 45-50 minutes, check with a toothpick or knife if it's ready. There were two kinds of wine I have fallen in love with. They tasted so gorgeous! One was <a href="http://www.boavista.com/shop-online.html#!/~/product/category=4061569&id=15512278" target="_blank"><b>Kandi Apple</b></a> and the other was <a href="http://www.boavista.com/shop-online.html#!/~/product/category=4061569&id=15512092" target="_blank"><b>Apple-Blackberry</b></a>. I have also spotted an Apple butter amongst huge variety of jars. I have heard about apple butter form movies, internet and so on but have never tasted one. So out of curiosity I bought a jar of unsweetened apple butter and brought it home to London. We LOVED IT! My older daughter finished it in one day... and was asking for more and it is not widely available here in UK... And thats how I decided to attempt to make it myself. I have searched on line for recipes, bought apples, found the over ripened dessert variety on clearance so they cost me almost nothing. And voilà! My kid can't have enough, I make a few jars at a time but they don't last long. Eaten up very quickly :))<br /><div></div><div>So here is what I do: </div><div>I do not have exact measures, never do. Always to taste. Each time you make apple butter, it will taste a bit different depending on the apples you use. The sweeter apples are, sweeter your butter will be. </div><div> Best buy your apples on farmer markets, where you can taste the apples before you buy. If the apples are bland so will be your butter. </div><div>25-30 apples (depends on how concentrated you want it to be and how long you cook, it makes up to 8 pints of butter).</div><div>I start with 1tsp of:</div><div>Cinnamon(can use sticks), Ground ginger, Ground Cloves, Ground Cardamom, All spice, Vanilla (in any form you like).</div><div>1 tbsp apple cider vinegar as a preservative.<br />Core and slice apples and put them in the pan as you go. <b><a href="http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/90152999/" target="_blank">I love using my Ikea apple slicer </a>.</b> It cuts the prep time in more then half.<br />When it's full put on low for about 2 hours (as they cook down add the rest of the apples if all didn't fit in in the beginning), stirring occasionally. After 2-3 hours, when apples are soft, I add spices and vinegar. Who needs air fresheners? After I add spices and vinegar, I cook for another 2-3 hours, until the apple's skins are absolutely soft, and juice is reduced. Again, the time depends on apples, how juicy are they. Just stir and use your judgement. (some recipes call for 10 to 24 hours for cooking!) When you think they are about ready, I use hand blender to blend. I put the arm of the blender straight into the pan and blitz until smooth, just don't forget to take vanilla and cinnamon sticks OUT! Taste and add more spices I think it needs, maybe more cinnamon and cloves. So finish cooking to the consistency you like and don't forget to stir. Once it cools down, it gets thicker. Put in jars. For long shelf period use waterbath canning or similar.<br />We eat it with bread, crackers, smother cakes with it, use it instead of Apple sauce in baking recipes... Все говорят и все знают, что первый шаг к вашей цели, будь то сделать/исправить образ жизни на более здоровый, или начинаете борьбу с жиром - это начать ходить. Выйти на одну остановку раньше и дойти до пункта назначения, или вместо того чтобы ждать автобус например, дойти до следующей остановки. <br />
Но наверное многие из вас заметили, что мало что меняется. Может вы стали более выносливее, можете пройти большую дистанцию чем раньше, но и все. А что если я вам скажу, что вы ходите не правильно?! Положите раскрытую ладонь на живот во время ходьбы, что вы под ладонью чувствуете? Скорее всего мало чего, практически ни какой активности.<br />
Во первых, обратите внимание на свою осанку, как вы стоите и какая она во время ходьбы. Встаньте перед зеркалом боком, или лучше всего попросите кого-нибудь сфотографировать ваш вид с боку. Обычно, не напрягаясь. От верхушки головы, вниз через ухо плеча и таза проведите прямую линию. Есть? Или не получается? Освойте его! Как только вы научились активировать одновременно все мышцы вашего корпусного корсета и таза не задерживая дыхания, переходим к ходьбе. Идите: у вас правильная осанка, корсет активирован. Шагаете? А теперь опять положите раскрытую ладонь на Ваш живот при ходьбе(исполняя все чему вы научились). Если вы все выполняете, осанку и у вас корсет активирован, то вы почувствуете как сильно у вас работают мышцы пресса! При каждом шаге, вы почувствуете как мышцы сокращаются и удлиняются. И не только пресса ;) Но это уже более глубокая анатомия...</div>

А теперь ещё прибавим ягодицы. Подтянем попу! Надеюсь по картинке будет понятно ;) Значит так, когда делаете шаг нога идет вперед, задние ягодичные мышцы удлиняются, а теперь когда эта же нога ушла назад, и дошла до конечной точки, сократите/сожмите мышцы ягодицы. И повторяйте при каждом шаге. Таким образом вы активируете и упражняете ваши ягодицы. <br />
Видите? Независимо куда вы идете, в каком темпе, будь то по дороге в магазин, с работы, детей по школам/садам разводите, при этом вы делаете полноценную зарядку. Приводите в порядок, придаете тонус, таким группам мышц как живота, спины, тазо-бедреного суставов, ягодиц и ног. И сжигаете намного больше калорий не только во время такой ходьбы, да ещё и в течении следующих часов после, так как когда мышцы восстанавливаются, они продолжают использовать калорийную энергию. </div>

<li> Сделайте выдох со свистящем-шипящем "С" длительностью в 3 секунды, осторожно втяните пупок на половину к позвоночнику(не втягивайте глубоко!) и, в то же время, подтяните и напрягите(сократите) мышцы таза.</li>
<li> Когда вы это делаете, вы также должны чувствовать как мышцы и ткани в нижней части вашей спины сократятся и напрягутся. </li>
<li> Потратьте несколько минут в день на выполнение этого упражнения. Оно также очень успокаивающее и помогает восстановить связь с истинными функциями мышц и тканей корпусной мускулатуры.</li>

Calories. Everyone is talking about calories. How much to eat, how many to burn and so on and so on and so on. But how many of you know, what a calorie actually is? So here is a definition of a calorie for you:<br />
A calorie is a unit of energy which is defined by the amount of energy or heat it takes to<br />
increase the temperate of 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius. Nowadays we tend to<br />
associate calories with food and drink, but in actual fact they can apply to anything which<br />
contains energy, such as electricity or gas! <br />
So here you go, now you know that little fact :)<br />

The jokes and devious explanations used by some parents also acknowledge our discomfort in dealing with the subject.<br /> I will share my experience.<br /> Lets start with, my oldest was present at the birth of her sister, she was 22 months old at the time. She was in control of where she wanted to be, what she wanted to see and so on. At one point she took my mom by her hand and went to another room to play and came back when the baby was out.<br /> At around 4-5 years old she started asking question about how did she got there, inside the tummy. As I am a fan of natural home births, she knew about how the baby grows inside mommy, how it comes out. You can find very beautiful videos on Youtube. And she liked to watch them with me. </span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;"> So when it came to finding an answer of HOW did they got INSIDE, was the difficult part.<br /> I have found very good article, that I liked on <a href="http://www.babycenter.com/0_how-to-talk-to-your-preschooler-about-how-babies-are-made_10309539.bc" target="_blank">Babycenter</a>. It says:...<strong style="line-height: 1.5em;">Ask, <em>then</em> tell.</strong>Make sure you understand what your child is really asking. Linda Eyre, co-author of <em>How to Talk With Your Child About Sex,</em> tells a story about a boy who asked his mother where he came from. Thinking he wanted to know about the facts of life, she sat down with him and told him <em>everything</em>. Then the boy told her that he was just wondering where they lived before they moved into their new house.<br />To avoid a misunderstanding, respond to your child's questions by asking: "What do you think?" Many young children spin elaborate fantasies about how babies are created. First get a handle on what your child is thinking. Then you can use that as a launching point for a more helpful discussion.<br /><strong>"How does a baby get in there?"</strong> A sweet and simple explanation should satisfy most young children. You can say something as simple as, "The daddy gave love to the mommy and together they made a baby." Tell the child that, in a sheltered place inside their bodies, mothers carry a large number of tiny eggs (without shells) and that these eggs drop down into a space in their bodies called a womb or uterus about once a month. Those eggs can’t become babies until the father puts into one a special substance called sperm that comes out of his penis. When this happens, we say that this special egg is fertilized.
