Easy and quick snack or light dinner

I like this as a post workout snack or a light dinner, you've got complex carbohydrates, proteins and good fats.
Take big green leaves like lettuce to use like you would use a tortilla, put in some mixed salad, green apple and any nut butter of your liking. I use mix of peanut and almond butters. Wrap-close the lettuce leaves and voila, healthy and yummy wrap 😋❤
